Basic Confidentiality Policy

It is LaserHealth® Solutions’ policy that personal information is private and confidential. Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Accordingly, personal information provided is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information.

Release of Information to Third Parties

Personal information will only be released to third parties with written consent. We will also release personal information to appropriate governmental/insurance agency authorities under the following circumstances:

• Where release is required by law (for example a subpoena) or regulation, or is requested by a government/insurance agency conducting investigations or proceedings.
• Where our records indicate a person may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a governmental/insurance agency should be made aware of.

LaserHealth® Solutions never sells or rents personal information.

Computer Tracking

Our computer systems are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. They do recognize the home server of visitors, but not e-mail addresses. For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but not the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our sites. This information is used only for internal purposes by LaserHealth® Solutions technical support staff.

In addition, our web sites track information about the visits to our web sites. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our sites, the daily requests we receive for particular files on our web sites, and what countries those requests come from. These aggregated statistics are only used internally to better provide services to the public.

Modifications To This Policy

We may change this Policy from time to time to take into account new or changing circumstances. However, any adjustments to the Policy will not change the way we use the information collected prior to the changed policy.
