About the Clinic & Therapy

The Surrey clinic opened in 2004 and has successfully treated thousands of people for conditions such as tendonitis, sciatica, cervical and shoulder injuries, tennis elbow, low back pain, TMJ syndrome, plantar fasciitis, sports injuries and arthritis.

Laser therapy is proven to help reduce or eliminate inflammation. Light photons are deeply absorbed by soft tissue, stimulating physiological effects necessary to healing. It is a painless, noninvasive therapy which can help restore normal cell function and enhance the body’s healing processes.

The cost of an assessment is $80. The cost of laser therapy is $60, $90, or $120 depending on the area of the body. Most people require between 5-12 treatments.

Headaches|Vertebral Subluxation

Robyn B.
Robyn B.

“As a competitive athlete, my body is put through many serious physical and mental situations during training. Injury after injury, I know longer could ignore the fact that my body was in such a state of pain, that I made my first appointment with Dr. Rob Skleryk of the Panoramic Village Chiropractic Clinic.

I must admit, my first thought was, ”Hey Doc, fix me up and get me back out there”. I quickly came to realize that this would not be my true resolve, but that I required a serious break allowing my body the time to heal correctly. Due to vertebral subluxations and soft tissue strains, I was in dismay,… View the whole post

Ligament - Severed

Julie

“I twisted my right foot, dislocating my ankle and severing the ligaments. My surgeon re-attached the ligaments and put a cast on my leg. He told me that I could expect to regain about 50% of previous maneuverability.

I was in a cast for seven weeks. When it was removed, my foot was swollen and I was in constant pain. My ankle felt as if it had been glued into place, unable to move in any direction although I was able to wiggle my toes.

After a week of steady pain, I started laser treatments. The first treatment considerably lessened the swelling, which in turn helped eliminate the incessant throbbing. Three subsequent treatments… View the whole post

Finger Injury

I have been a patient of Dr. YY & Dr. Rob for many years and they have helped me with my injuries and maintain my health after a head on collision in 1992. I was doing fabulous. About 3 to 4 months ago I injured my left arm and right finger. My left arm healed but my right index finger had a nagging pain I could not get rid of. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 good - 10 bad), it was an 11. So under the instructions of my own physician, I taped it for several months and iced it but nothing helped. YY and Rob suggested laser, but I felt I couldn't afford it. But I realized I couldn't afford not too! After the first treatment, not much difference. The… View the whole post

Acute Back Pain

Lionel
Lionel

“On a nice summer day of August 2004, I was doing some light yard work when I reached to pick some fruit and felt a tear across my lower back. The pain was intense. I could barely move. I layed on my lawn for 7 hours until Dr. Rob and a few other recruits lifted me to my living room. Recovery time was very important to me as my wife's grandfather's funeral was only 2 days away. With Dr. Rob's laser treatment, my healing time was unbelievable! I was able to attend the funeral and was back to work on time. After 5 treatments and some other rehab, I now feel fine. Thank you, Dr. Rob and Dr. YY.”

Stretched Achilles Tendon

“Had a stretched Achilles tendon (right leg). Very painful in walking or going up stairs. After first two treatments could resume playing sports (baseball). Was a slight set back temporarily. Took two more treatments the following week and recovered to original level and proceeded to fully recover enough to resume sports, running, etc. to where I am now.”

Sciatic Nerve

“After completing a walking half marathon the next day I had a very, very sore backside with an intense shooting pain down my thigh. It was an inflamed piriformis which is a muscle in your buttocks which pressed on my Sciatic Nerve. Whenever I sat it was extremely uncomfortable. I would squirm to find a position that I could bear. There were times I went from the sitting to standing positions and I was totally immobilized. I tried waiting out the injury, Tylenol, ibuprofen, ice and heat. Nothing seemed to lessen the pain. I eventually had 3 treatments of low intensity laser and the pain was gone. I could not believe it! After a month of pain… View the whole post

Post-Op Inaugural Hernia Pain

“I had an inaugural hernia repaired in October of 5.I was left with a scar 4” long that was fairly red, puffy sore and noticed a loss of feeling in the area in general. There were lots and lots of bruising in the lower stomach area as well.My doctor had me on Oxycontin for the pain.I rather not take this type of medication if I can avoid it.I had 6 laser treatments over the course of 3 weeks, and saw a marked increase in the nerve sensation with a complete elimination of the pain and numbness.I generally felt more confident in using my left leg after the treatments.Running was no problem at all.Great job LaserHealth® Solutions!”

Osteoarthritis of the Knee

I am 70 years old. When I was 15, I injured my right knee. At the age of 6, I began to experience pain in the knee. For 7-8 years, it was not too severe and I could manage with it. However, for the past 2 or 3 years, it has been worsening to the point that walking became a bit of an ordeal. I tried taking Tylenol for arthritis, but it was not much help. A friend with a similar problem mentioned laser treatments and said they had helped. So I booked in for 6 treatments. They really did help to increase flexibility and reduce pain. The relief eventually diminishes (there is no permanent cure) but lasts for at least a month.… View the whole post
