Sicatica

Sciatica occurs when the sciatic nerve becomes compressed or damaged.This can cause pain, numbness, and/or tingling from the buttocks to the back of the leg and even down to the foot.Sciatica is a symptom of an underlying condition.

Many conditions can lead to the compression of the Sciatic Nerve.The conditions which can be treated in our clinic include pelvic asymmetry, piriformis syndrome, disc herniation, degenerative disc disease, and arthritis.Contributing factors in some of these conditions are weak or tight muscles, repetitive stress activities, improper posture or improper footwear.
