“In August 2006, I pinched my rotator cuff. It was the most excruciating pain I had ever experienced in my right shoulder. Being a female fielder that can throw, I needed my arm ready to go for the next season.

The following month, I sought the medical attention of a Chiropractor, who just happens to be a friend and she hooked me up with treatments which included exercises and microcurrent. The four months of treatments were working phenomenally! Ball season for me starts in February and after the first tournament my shoulder was not feeling so good.
