"I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis approximately 15 years and was told the treatment for this was surgery. I opted not to have the surgery and lived with the pain. However, over the years it became progressively worse. I could no longer wear my nice dress shoes (high heels). I shopped and shopped for different angled high heels but after only wearing them for 20-30 minutes, it was back to being painful again.
